Group Name Federation
Purpose: They have two, the original is to contain/destroy a certain SCP; the second is to remain a mystery that few people know of even in the Federation itself.
Secondary: If a SCP can be captured they are to capture it and bring it back to base for protection.
Info: Started by Zorua banks over two hundred years ago, mainly keep to themselves; self sufficient. They have groups looking for them. They have a working cell tower.

Hierarchy
Leader: This is the boss none above him
Council of Six: They will generally be the ones to give orders to the rest of the Federation and help the leader make important decisions.
Overseers: The ones who deal out missions and research work, also collect the paper work. (10)
Agents/Researchers: The ones who go out and do the actual field work, entry position.
Hunters: Specfically trained personal; sent out only when the federation needs somebody located/tracked.
